Hey there, I'm Brandon Scott Gregory!

My Journey: From Navy to Now

I served ten years in the United States Navy, reaching the rank of E-5, primarily working as an Air Traffic Controller. While in the military, I also pursued my studies in Computer Science at American Military University. This blend of discipline, tech education, and hands-on experience laid the foundation for my current adventures in the tech world.

The Tech Buff

• Programming Languages: I specialize in C++, C, and Python, particularly in reverse engineering and cybersecurity applications. I began my network and cybersecurity engineering journey by volunteering in network administration during high school, and my curiosity has remained strong.
• Web Development: This website itself is a testament to my ability to pick up and implement new skills in real time. Through this project, I've gained practical experience in web hosting, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and HTML.
• Electronics and Hardware: My fascination with tech began at 8 when I built my first computer from spare parts. Over the years, I've tinkered with electronics, even creating an FM Radio Transceiver. My experiments span a wide range, from breaking apart electronics to see how they work to coding games and programs.

Creative Ventures

When the screens go off, my creative side kicks in. I'm in the process of writing a book and developing a visual novel game using Ren'Py. Storytelling is yet another avenue to solve problems and explore new worlds. If you are interested, let me know. I'll use this site to update on the book's progress.

The Lifelong Learner

I never stop learning. Currently, I'm taking a Chemistry 1 class with lab work. My interests also extend to Unreal Engine, Adobe programs, and Fruityloops. My high aptitude for information allows me to learn, apply, and even teach complex concepts in digestible nuggets.
